Trump has issued a strict deadline, but a defiant Iran says the threats by the US president are \u2018delusional\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

United States President Donald Trump has warned<\/a> of the \u201ccomplete demolition\u201d of key Iranian infrastructure if the Strait of Hormuz is not reopened by a looming deadline. He describes Tehran\u2019s response to a US ceasefire proposal as \u201csignificant\u201d but ultimately \u201cnot good enough\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iran\u2019s military has dismissed Trump\u2019s threats as \u201cdelusional<\/em>\u201d, saying they cannot mask what it described as US \u201cdisgrace and humiliation\u201d in the region, according to Iranian media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, US-Israeli attacks across Iran have intensified with universities and oil facilities among the civilian targets. Iranian missiles and drones also continue to target sites across the Gulf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
